Meet Mitchell Spiers

Mitchell Spiers grew up in Clear Lake and later raised his family in Fort Bend County. Drawn to country living and the desire for more space, Mitchell and his family found their way to Austin County, where they built their forever home with Mill Creek Homes in 2013.

Mitchell is married to his wife, Kerry, and together they have three daughters who live in Bellville, College Station, and the Golden Triangle area of Texas. Spending time with his three daughters and five grandchildren, along with traveling, are among the greatest blessings in his life.

His career has been shaped by a commitment to service, including military service in the United States Marine Corps and a career in law enforcement. Following his retirement in 2020, Mitchell transitioned into construction and project management, bringing his leadership, problem-solving skills, and dedication to serving others into the industry.

Today, Mitchell focuses on home design with an emphasis on thoughtful planning, aging in place, and creating homes that meet the unique needs of each customer. Having been a Mill Creek Homes customer himself before joining the team, he offers a unique perspective on the homebuilding experience. His firsthand knowledge of the process, combined with his passion for communication and service, allows him to guide customers with genuine understanding and care.

For Mitchell, building a home is about more than construction—it is about creating a place where families can make memories and enjoy life for years to come.
